If you are having trouble getting the credit card form to be accepted, please try the following. First, the DATE OF BIRTH field needs to be in the proper format. For example, it should say 11/31/1962, not 11/31/62. Also the zip code field should only incorporate a 5 digit zip code, not a 9 digit one. The ID and Password fields are for you to choose your own ID and Password to use for accessing our site. They must be 6 or more characters in length and may contain upper or lower case letters or numbers. Passwords are case sensitive, so if you use MYCODE as your ID then be sure you use MYCODE in all caps, not mycode in all lower case.

If you are a paid Member and need to login to the service, simply enter the ID and Password you were issued when you signed up in the form below. Click on the Send To LANCELOT button and you will be transported directly to the Members Only Area.
